Yes! We've expanded to our own website! We are so glad you found our new home! :)

How do I use Embroidery Files?

All of our files are for machine embroidery use only. You must have an embroidery-capable machine to use these files. The machine you use determines the file type that you need:

DST - Tajima
EXP - Bernina
JEF - Janome/Elna/Kenmore
PES - Brother/Babylock/Deco
VIP - Husqvarna/Viking/Pfaff
VP3 - Husqvarna/Viking/Pfaff

If you need another format not shown above, email us at hello@amberbluedesigns.com to convert it to the file type your machine requires.

To use your file, download the zip files from your account or order email to your computer. Unzip the folder with the file type you need, and transfer the file to your machine via USB.

Where do I find the files I purchased?

Your files can be found immediately in your order confirmation email, and within your account on our website if you made an account with us.

How do I unzip a zip folder?

Windows:

1. Right click on the zipped folder.

2. Select "Extract to..." (or similar wording).

The unzipped folder will appear close to the zipped one.

Mac:

1. Double click the zipped folder.

The unzipped folder will appear close to the zipped folder.

The file is too large for my machine. What do I do?

Not to worry! Every purchase of our files includes free file re-sizing to any size you need!

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital nature of our embroidery files, we do not offer refunds.

When will I receive my order?

All digital products are immediately available after purchase! The download link can be found in your confirmation email, and under your Amber Blue Designs account if you chose to create and account.
